Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DJIESTORE-JEWELRY. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, made-to-order)
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
